The QUEST TC III is capable of running a multitude of film coating applications, no matter if aqueous or solvent based coating solutions. With the optional machine bypass and the appropriate application equipment, even sugar coating is possible.

Quick and simple!The unique cantilever coating drum bearing design with the central lock mechanism - in combination with the standard drum trolley - makes the drum change as simple as it gets.
Clean Engineering…
Fully perforated drums and optimized airflow pattern generate defined spray and drying zones inside the coating drum, resulting in less accumulation of coating residues on the drum, process chamber and duct work. What's more, the cantilever coating drum design makes any additional drum supports inside the process chamber obsolete, providing a cleaner, more GMP compliant system layout.

The QUEST TC III is ready for Wash In Place (WIP). Build-in cleaning nozzles and the round process chamber ensure best possible cleaning results.

As a standard, the QUEST TC III comes equipped with the newly developed ACG X∙ONE COMMAND process control system and a full size 19" control panel. Established in our X∙ONE production size machines, the QUEST TC III offers exactly the same level of functionality – in a CFR 21 part 11 and GAMP 5 compliant system.

A highly flexible multi-drum design allows to cover a wide range of batch sizes. The easily interchangeable fully perforated coating drums are available in the sizes of 2, 9, 24 and 56 liters, covering R&D as well as pilot scale applications.
From good to great!
The innovative split-design of the X∙ONE coater nozzle separates dock and nozzle – just open the central lock for removing the nozzle! The dock with all its connections stays on the spray arm. No need to re-align nozzle positions and angles – everything remains perfectly set up, allowing to run production more efficiently, more consistently, more GMP compliant.
Almost indestructable
We´ve done it right from the very start: an extremely rugged construction right down to the nozzle needle. Taken apart and reassembled in no time at all – of course without the need for any tools!
Signed, sealed, delivered
Less is more: one form seal instead of many O-rings. Simple, rugged and resistant against most kinds of solvents.
